I would never bank with chase and I advise anyone else to do the same I had a dispute with - the lady at chase told me what I could dispute and what I could n't so I did what she said so a month latter there is - dollars taken out of my account I go to chase to find out the problem they called the department that handles fraud the guy said the dates I disputed was not in the time allowed but the chase persons told me what dates I could dispute then he told me they took - dollars out of my account and gave it to - the said they send me an e-mail did n't get it they said they sent me letter did n't get it is asked did u call me he said no then he said u have to go to - to get your money back its - - - go 's a long way for my daughter but chase did n't care so I closed my account if anybody is thinking of banking with chase do n't do it they do n't care about the person just the account there business practices and customer service is horrible I ca n't stress enough if u want to have a trusting relationship with the people u I trust your money to and when they make a mistake with your money they try to help solve the problem not you have to go to the people we gave it to to get your money back Do Not bank At Chase My wife banks at - - - she has never had a problem like this I will tell anybody who will listen if u want a bank to trust with your business DO NOT BANK AT CHASE
