I WAITED LITERALLY - MINUTES ON HOLD TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT TONIGHT -/-/2015 AND LITERALLY WHEN THE WOMAN CAME ON THE PHONE, I POLITELY COMPLAINED THAT 16 MINUTES WAS FAR TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR ANYONE, AND SHE RUDELY AND SIMPLY HUNG UP ON ME, CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO NOW CALL IN AGAIN AND RE-VERIFY MY ACCOUNT, AND NOW I AM ON HOLD AGAIN. I ANTICIPATE ANOTHER WAIT HOLD FOR - MINUTES FOR A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION COSTING ME MORE THAN - MINUTES OF MY PRECIOUS TIME AND DAY. I BILL -, WILL TD BANK OR THIS WOMAN COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS LOST UNNECESSARY TIME SPENT CHASING TD BANK DUE TO ITS RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT NEED TO BE EITHER RE-TRAINED/TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT? I AM NOT A DOG AND I DON'T NEED TO BE - TRAINED OR BEHAVIOR-MODIFIED BY THESE UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.
