Citibank called my father, whom I do not live with and disclosed personal information about my debt and being behind with my bills. The third party ( father ) was informed about how much I owe them. They leave robocall messages on my phone every day, and do not make themselves accessible for me to try to call back at an appropriate time that allows me to solve the issue.
