Santander consumer is over charging interest on there car loans, sending out payment statements of principal and interest charged and the adjusting interest charge and princial at a later date. This is manipulative and theft of payments made towards a car. I filed a written complaint in - 2015, called the customer service line to discuss the situation and now they are saying the never recieved it after i filed a complaint with texas - and texas attorney general in - area.
