The collector may be violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or FDCPA. On -/-/2015 I received a call from my friend that United Recovery Systems - called them on their cell phone [ WHCIH I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT UNLESS THEY HACKED MY COMPUTER ] ( about - - est ). They disclosed information to that party that is in NO WAY associated or tied to the obligation. The number they called was from -. If they did hack any personal data, they are criminally liable for theft. This collector has called my cell phone often ; my wife 's cell phone and my home line at least 2x per day. This has stepped way over the boundaries of the law.
