We have been asking national credit systems for multiple years to send us verification of the charges that they are trying to collect. They always say they have the information and will mail it to us. It never comes so a few months later they call again. We have asked them to email or send the information certified mail to make sure we get it. They have told us that their company does not do that. I have disputed this account multiple times to get it off of my credit report and they will not remove it because National Credit Systems keeps reporting it as a delinquent account.
