My company used TD Bank for our merchant services. Their fees were much higher than what they had initially quoted. Therefore I moved the merchant services to another bank. TD Bank refuses to stop charging me $28.00 per month for the merchant service even though there is no longer any merchant services. It is a small amount but they are in fact stealing my funds in my opinion. They also say I am under contract and to terminate the services I would be forced to pay more fees. I am not under any contract and feel this is just bullying on their part.
