I called the number on a letter I received -/-/15 dated -/-/15 confirming my on-line user name and the last - digits of my ATM card number. It wanted me to confirm the information and tell me about the services. I contacted the number on the letter -. Spoke to a - in - - and asked what the letter meant. He stated they do n't send these type of letters out. I also ask him why they closed all the ATMs in - and - states. There are no branches either. I am unable to deposit money directly in my Citibank account. Now, I have to pay money for my another bank account - - or - - to transfer money into the Citibank account for my daughter who lives in - -. This gets costly for a person on Social Security - and my husband is retired on Social Security too. Please tell me why they did this.
