I made the first mortgage payment - - for my first payment due in -. I made the payment online with no issues. I then tried to make my - 2016 payment the first week of - online but - - -, - site would not let me. I tried several more times with no success. I then noticed that it was showing a " - '' balance on the principal. I called the automated line for mortgage help and it stated it was payed in full, which I knew was not correct. On - - I called and spoke directly with - - - personel. They advised me that my mortgage had been sold and they did not know to who but gave me a phone number. I called the number and learned that it was bought by -. The person I talked to could not provide a date it was transferred and also said they could not find my - payment. Later that day I was able to locate my loan through their website. I have never received any written, voice, or electronic notification that this had taken place or instructions on how to make my future payments. Also, now I find out that I will be charged to make payments electronically/online/phone. Now I will only be able to send a check to make a payment which I find very inconvient this day and time. My previous payment now shows on - -. I still have no notification of the transfer of the mortgage which I understand is required by law 15 days prior to the transfer.
