Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Massachusetts
On - - of 2015 I requested my Experian credit file frozen. I was told I would get a PIN # in the mail, but it never came. I am looking to refinance a mortgage now, but without the PIN I can not go online to temporarily unfreeze my records. I have tried repeatedly to call Experian, but I can not speak to a real person for help. Please contact me by phone/text, email or mail.
