When we bought our home, we received a letter from National Biweekly Administration promising that if we let them service us, we will be able to pay off our 30 year mortgage in 20 years. We decided to accept their offer. Now a year and a half later we received a letter saying that they can no longer hold up to their side of the deal. We had already paid all the necessary fees for their services, and each month, they charge us a fee for their services. We tried to contact them, but can not get through their phone system. They just simply tell us to call back later and hang up on us.
