This complaint regards Chase 's adamant refusal to halt the recurring debits scam - - - - - - - 2015 $39.00, - - 2015 -, - - 2015 -, - - 2015 -, - - 2015 -, - - 2015 - - ( - ) concerted efforts - - - ( - ) in person - - beginning Monday, - - 2015, in order to halt - recurring debits - - especially, to close that specific Chase Freedom card account - - NOTHING. Each occasion, I was informed by a Chase account manager that the recurring debits were halted, that Chase Bank would investigate the scam & that Chase would resolve this dispute. Lies.Subsequent to the closing of all Chase accounts & direct deposits, correspondence was received from Chase executive offices, back dated - - 2015 & - - 2015 - - addressed to my original address, one year ago.-/-/- 2015 My requests to communicate with - president brought - - - - - ( - ) telephone calls, regarding Chase debits beginning - - 2015 & no - premium member card, prerequisite for dental services, despite several requests. - - 2015 ( a - - - presented me with a bill for estimated dental services - - $3200.00. ( b ) $850.00 for - - c - a document for referral to a specialist ( d ) - subsequent Employee 's - - - - -, document. ( e ) The - discounted list covered by premium membership was offhandedly tossed into the nearest wastebasket, paralyzing me with awe! - - 2015 I walked around the corner to Chase Bank in order to halt - recurring debits - - scam.
