Synchrony Bank Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease Florida
My wife and I received about $10000.00 in - work from - - - in -, Fl. We were told if we signed a Care Credit Agreement that our payment would be $420.00 per month with no interest for 24 months. Our statements were delivered electronically. I called them today and found out my balance was $1000.00 because they had charged $950.00 interest. $580.00 -/-/- and $370.00 -/-/-. They said they charged thge interest because the promotion periods had expired. I was told by - - that by paying $420.00 per month there would be no interest. I was not told about promotion periods. Looking online I see where the CFPB ordered GE Care Credit to refund - for Deceptive Health-Care Credit Card Enrollment. GE owned Synchrony Bank / Care Credit is doing the very same thing. The have adopted the same deceptive practices. Help please. - - - ( - ) -
