Barclays Credit card department,
I requested a balance transfer with - - Barclays credit card to pay off my - - card on - -. After I requested the balance transfer I have called - - multiple times between - - to - - to check the status because - - says it 's posted but the - account does not show the balance transfer. I even repeatedly ask - - to investigate the issue but the representative keeps saying if the account number I entered was correct, the payment will go through and post on my - account. On - -, - - 's representative told me that they are going to investigate, but a later conversation with a - - supervisor reveals that there was no investigation. On - -, - - finally agreed to investigate but provided no update to me until I called again today. Today on the first call the - - representative says the issue was still under investigation. On my three-way call with - and - - later today, the account number was verified to be correct but - says - - used a wrong delivery method. - - keeps denying that they made false representations and refuse to refund me the interest I was charged because of their mistake. - - offered to do the balance transfer again at the same term as a resolution, but does not guarantee that they will use the correct method to delivery payment, which means it is not a resolution at all. I am very disappointed because - - 's repeated misrepresentations ( all of the conversation were recorded on - - 's side ) has caused me to pay extra interests on my balances on my - account that I could have avoided.
