My mortgage was paid in full on - -, 2015 to Seterus Inc. ( see attached letter from Seterus ). On - -, 2015 in a routine check of my credit history and FICO score all three major credit reporting agencies ( -, - & - ) indicated that I had an outstanding mortgage open and unpaid with Seterus Inc. thus harming my credit. When my mortgage was paid in full on - -, 2015 Seterus Inc. failed to alert the - major credit reporting agencies that my mortgage was paid in full on that date. Subsequently I have learned, once I complained to Seterus Inc., that they reported to - that my mortgage was " settled for less than full amount '' further harming me. Their behavior has harmed me and my credit history and continues to harm me. Seterus Inc. has been negligent in reporting correct consumer credit information. Additionally Seterus Inc. IS NOT e-mail functioning and all correspondence must be sent via facsimile or US Postal Service adding consumer cost and time. This is 2015!
