Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease North Carolina
This concerns a load from SoFi. I filed out all needed paperwork and send all required documents. On -/-/- I received an e-mail saying " congratulations your load has been approved please login and sign your paperwork. ( I have attached that e-mail ) logged in from my phone and tried to sign but only got a blank screen and was kicked off. Called rep the next day was told to use my home computer same issue. Called rep next day he reset and told me to be sure I was using Google Chrome, delete my history and cookies did all those and the same thing. Called rep the next day she stated it was something wrong on there software she would send it to me via e-mail and she would call me back. After 3 days no phone call no e-mail called rep again he apologized and said he would send me an e-mail and if I did not get in within a couple of days call back and he could send -. After a couple days no e-mail so I called back rep stated that as of that week they no longer send - put she would talk to her manager and call me back. No phone call but I got an e-mail stating that my loan was denied and should try - for a loan. I called a manger and got no help she just said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do.
