If you are thinking about financing a vehicle. Run when you hear this name. SANTANDER! They are PREDATORY LENDERS! Look what they have done to my credit. They falsified - out of - over 30 day lates on my report to insure I could not get any other financing from any other lenders once I paid them off and hurt my chances of buying a home in the future. They want to insure they will be the only lender to once again lend me money so they can rip me off once again for the next 60 months! I am uploading - of my - - credit reports on Santander Consumer USA. The first is my credit report 16 months ago. Notice only - lates over 30 days. Now look at my credit report ( second photo ) showing all the 30 days lates now that never truly occured. I even have bank Statements showing they ACH debited my account on these - falsified times way before any over 30 day lates could occur. These sharks know what their doing and I 'm sure i 'm not the only one they are doing this too!
