Discover Credit card department,
A couple of years ago I have discovered unauthorized charged on my Discover card, and have contacted Discover with hopes of resolving the issue. Discover shut down my card and nothing was resolved. I refused to pay the amount I did NOT authorize thus Discover sent this account to collections. This year I decided to clear negative items from my credit and contacted Discover with hopes to pay in lieu of them removing this account from my report. A few months later I received a statement from Discover stating that they have charged off this account but if I wish to pay it I should contact - - who is now collecting on this account ( see attached ). I have contacted - and agreed on a payment plan. So far I have made a total of $4400.00 to - - for Discover account however Discover is STILL reporting the outstanding FULL balance to all - bureaus on my credit report continusly damaging my credit and claims NOT to have received any payments. However, - states they have forwarded all payments to Discover ... After all this money paid none of the parties seem to know where the funds went and I still ca n't refinance my house due to this unresolved matter and Discover card being in dispute. Please help!!!
