TO START WITH I AM ON LIMITED INCOME DISABILITY AND I SAVED UP 4 MONTHS TO DO THIS IN TOWN TRIP. I PLANNED EVERYTHING OUT HOW MUCH I WAS TO SPEND WITH MY DEBIT CARD AND THE REST WOULD BE CASH. I LIVE IN -, NV AND WENT TO THE - FOR AN OVER NIGHT STAY ON -. THE MAIN THINGS I WANTED TO DO WAS - AT - AND THE - DOWNTOWN.


I CALLED THE HOTEL AND LET THEM KNOW I WOULDN'T BE THERE TILL AFTER -. WHAT I CHECKED IN THERE WAS A NEW GIRL WORKING THE OVER NIGHT SHIFT AND IT WAS HER FIRST TIME DOING A SPLIT PAYMENT. I HAD HER PUT - ON MY BANK CARD THE I PAID CASH FOR THE - DEPOSIT AND THE - SERVICE FEE. WHEN I CHECKED OUT I GOT MY - BACK THEN THE NE-T MORNING I TOOK - OUT AT THE BANK AND IT SAID I ONLY HAD A LITTLE OVER - LEFT. I WENT HOME PULLED UP MY ACCOUNT AND SAW - CHARGES FROM THE - ONE WAS - WHICH WAS RIGHT THEN - WHICH SHOULDN'T OF BEEN THERE. I CALLED THE BANK AND I TRIED TO GET HELP STOPPING THE E-TRA CHARGE THEY SAID I HAD TO TALK TO THE HOTEL. THE ONLY THING I GOT FROM THEM WAS THAT THE GIRL ON THE NE-T SHIFT DIDN'T THINK THE NEW GIRL CHARGED ME. WHILE DOING ALL OF THIS I GOT - OVER DRAFT CHARGES - EACH. I CALLED THE BANK AGAIN AND TALKED TO THEM ABOUT THE OVER DRAFTS AND ABOUT HOW I PLANED EVERYTHING AND THAT'S WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE - CHARGE BY THE HOTEL WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WASN'T THEIR MISTAKE OR MY MISTAKE THERE WAS NOTHING THE WOULD DO AND I WOULD HAVE TO GET THE HOTEL TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK. I WENT TO THE BACK BY MY HOUSE AND THEY TOLD ME MY HOME BANK COULD REVERS THE CHARGE SO WENT THERE AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AND SAID THAT - PUT IN MY ACCOUNT IF THE - WAS RETURNED THE THE OVER DRAFTS WOULD ALSO BEEN RETURNED. I TALK TO ANOTHER BANK ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN AND THEY SAID SINCE I REPORTED THE NE-T MORNING MY BANK SHOULD OF DONE SOMETHING AND I SHOULDN'T OF GOTTEN THE OVER DRAFTS. SO I BORROWED MONEY FROM A COUPLE FRIENDS TO PUT - IN THE BANK SO I WOULDN'T GET ANY MORE FEES AND STILL CANT PAY THAT BACK.
