My girlfriend paid off a personal loan at Wells Fargo I had. The next month I got a statement in the mail from them with reversed charges and reversed payments which then left a balance on the account that should have closed when she paid it off. That was in -. I just got another statement with a balance of $460.00. I tried to get it resolved when the account was paid off, but was told I just need to pay it or it will go on my credit report.
