Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New York

First Niagara Bank - - - kept paying incoming bills even though my account had a negative balance. The account had dropped to $3.00 but I am fighting - - and was too sick to get to the bank. They charged me - $37.00 NSF fees. I called to explain and a very nice customer service rep credited me the - fees. This was on -/-/-. On -/-/-, when I looked at my account, - of my bill payments were duplicated. The dates and NSF fees on these accounts were recorded on -/-/-. However, they did n't show up when I checked my checking account on -/-/- and neither I nor the customer service rep saw these charges on -/-/-. I know for a fact that I did not duplicate - bills although the - male reps I 've had to deal with since the - said they checked my - address and that I authorized these - bills on - -. I did n't. The - male rep I talked to forgave - $37.00 charge and - of the - NSF charge ; however, my balance was still in the negative. I explained that I live on Social Security,


negative balance, even though I explained that my SS check wo n't come in until -/-/- and I do n't have the money to cover the charges they put on the account to maintain a negative balance. I asked them to not pay any incoming bill if my account did n't have the funds to cover the charge. The reps told me it was at the bank 's discretion to pay or not. These payments and fees are robbing me of money I can not spare, and have caused me terrible stress. I ca n't prove, but do believe, that a First Niagara employee used my IP address to duplicate - bills so they could reap NSF fees.
