I have a car loan, through Ally Financial, that was part of my bankruptcy. My bankruptcy was discharged on -, but after - unsuccessful disputes through - the account is being reported open, and Collection/Charge Off. It also shows a balance of $1600.00. It is my understanding, since this account was part of my bankruptcy, it can not be reported as collections/charge off or open. I have had the title for the car since -/-/-, which Ally Financial sent to me. Please assist me in rectifying the reporting of this item.
