There was false charges on my chase debit card, I called chase that evening after I found those charges. Later that month my claim was denied and I was out -. The charges was made at the local grocery store down the street while I was at work. They claimed my signature matches therefore my claim was denied. I was at work and the card was in my possession. We disputed this charge - called - times and also escalate it to their senior management. They advised me there is nothing I can do to reverse these false charges and I will have to file a police report and handle it with the merchant. Chase bank does not provide the protection that they claim they say they do.
