I proved to them that I was a victim of identify theft with copies of the IRS, FBI and Police report that some unauthorized person used my credit card without my permission. I paid what was mine portion and received a letter from their collection agency - which states. This Account has been settled in full ''. They still refuse to comply with FCRA rules and ignore all communication. this is destroying my pesonal credit and I need your help.
