Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia
I had a loan taken out to help with school from Citibank. The loan went into charge off status -/-/-. -/-/- Citibank reported to the Credit Bureaus that I made a payment. Then -/-/-, they reported that I missed a payment. I have not made a payment to Citibank since the account has been in charge off status -/-/-. I tried to contact them but they do n't have a contact number, just a fax number. I faxed them and ask them to update the information. Instead of them updating it correctly, they reported to the credit bureaus that my account went into charge off status -/-/- and then fraudulently reported that I have been making payment since then. Then fraudulently reported that my account went into charge off status again -/-/-. As you can see in the supporting documentation -, they are reporting that I have been making payment since -/-/-, but at the bottom where it says
DPR ', which mean date payment received, they report ND ', which means no data. You absolutely right there is n't no data because there never was any payment made. When I call Citibank customer service, they also verify that I have not been making any payments but since they are not the credit dispute department of Citibank they ca n't help me.
