Federal student loan False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Texas

This company is telling me that in order to get out of default, they figure repayment plans with gross income and family size only. They wanted $800.00 a month, plus the $610.00 out in wage garnishment. The federal student loan website that a rehabilitation plan must be a reasonable '' amount. I do not think this is a reasonable amount and would like some help with getting out of default.
