Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount November 25, 2015 - This company is telling me that in order to get out of default, they figure repayment plans with gross income and family size only. They wanted $800.00 a month, plus the $610.00 out in wage garnishment. The federal student loan website that a rehabilitation plan must be a reasonable '' amount. I do not think this is a reasonable amount and would like some help with getting out of default. ... |
