Seterus will not send me copies of my statement from the month of - 2015 thru - 2015. Their excuse is that I was automatically enrolled ( without consent or notification ) in a program which called for me to use coupons ( which I never received ) to make my mortgage loan payments. I was told on - -, 2015 the statements from - thru - 2015 would be mailed to my address. It was also my understanding that I would have access to the statement online. - 2015 thru - 2015 are available online. - thru - 2015 are not available online.
