Issue with loan process and how things are handled. I applied for a loan -/-/- and was preapproved.3 weeks later which is the process I signed papers -/-/-. -/-/- I finished signing documents. -/-/- they said funds will be in my account 7-10 days later. This did not happen. I got an email from - - stating that the bank statement did n't verify ( it was a joint account ). SO I gave them my other account with a small credit union -. I got a letter signed from the people at the bank verifying that is was my account. 4 days later I got an email saying they could n't verify my identity and they denied me -/-/-.


I called and they could n't tell me anything as to why they could n't verify because it look good on their side. Then they told me to reapply. I thought this as strange as most companies do n't allow you keep applying. I applied again anyway to see. -/-/2015 I applied again. -/-/-. I signed the documents on -/-/-. I got an email stating my loan was approved. I called and spoke to customer service several times and they all said keep checking my account the funds will be in there. Give it 3-4 days. 5 days later they said because I have a smaller credit union it may take sometime. I called yesterday and they said that is hould be in my account no later than -/-/2015. I checked the sofi today and it is saying my account is withdrawn. I am so confused I never withdrew the loan and I feel like it was all a game to give me the run around. When I normally am approved for something and they say funds with be in account that is usually the case. I am not sure if this is a legit company. I have been nothing but patient and this feel like this is a scamIf the money was going to my account and I had been approved and the several customer service agents state the money would be in my account how did it go to withdraw status. I never got anything as to why the loan was in withdraw status. They said it was something that could n't be verified. If this is the case how did I sign loan and then they said it was not able to verify things. NO one contacted me and tried to see if this could be resolved. Also now I have - unnecessary inquiries if they knew they were not going to approve me why have someone wait almost 3 months. This is very unprofessional.The representatives were so nice but I am not sure if this is a legit company or they just have you applying for nothing or to get your information
