Citibank Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease Pennsylvania
I really need CITI to lower my interest rate for a short period of time. Because of lowering my original credit limits my credit score has dropped drastically. Therefore my ability to receive more work has been limited to the point where I need to make this request.
