Closing/Cancelling account Minnesota
On - 2014, Chase Bank shut down my card with no warning, when I contacted them, they stated that they had reviewed account and closed it with the information they received from the credit report. I contacted them several times and they said, I need to contact the credit bureaus. Now Its been a year, since. I earned - reward points with chase saphire card. I do not have to access to that, I believe it is unfair bussineess practice this happen. I never had a late payement, check returned or went over the limit. I earned those points, and for them to just take it away, is just wrong.
