Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Georgia
I bank with chase, checking account since 2010. About 3 months ago I was charge a NSF for a transaction I made a few hours Pryor to my direct deposit posting, which they post the same day. The CSR explained that he was unable to credit me back the NSF charge. So, I advise the CSR to take off that option for overdraft protection. He stated that he will remove and said that if funds are not available any charges I 'd make will be declined. I agreed to that. Well here I am 3 months later ... .made some transactions and went to check my account on payday I was charged - NSF of - each ... .My mouth dropped. I called chase bank and explained that I spoke with a rep 3 months ago to have over draft taken off. The CSR stated that It was n't off and she can not credit my money back. She said she will forward the information to her manger and they will review the call and give me a call back. Well its been 2 weeks, still waiting on the call and my money. What are my other options?
