Since -/-/- we have been trying to get BPPR to make corrections to our credit reports. -/-/-, the bank made some corrections ( see letter to credit bureaus for a complete background ) to our credit report which we really appreciate, however, some errors remained uncorrected and despite repeated requests to the bank the errors have not been corrected. On a letter dated -/-/-, the bank indicated that the payment for -/-/- reported incorrectly as made over 30 days late was corrected ; however, no correction has been made as of the date of this complaint. No payments were reported for -/-/-. The attached payment history shows that all payments since -/-/- have been made within the grace period permitted by the note. See the attached payment history for evidence of payments made. In addition, the bank shows as unknown the history for the payment for the month of -/-/-. See attached history from Equifax. That payment was also made on time. It is unbelievable that a bank could indicate that it has no information about a payment. The payment was either receive or not, and if not received, by the bank would have been calling us and sending letters requesting the payment and would have reported the payment as late ; but there is no reason whatsoever to indicate that it has no history about a payment. We hereby request the immediate correction of our credit history with the credit bureaus. - - - -
