I was approved for a Loan Modification fixed rate for ear term, effective -/-/-. My pmt changes monthly and their web portal says I have an ARM that will change -/-/-. I sent in a message with a copy of the Loan Mod asking for the correction and why I was being charged monthly for foreclosure fees. They replied it is an ARM with a change date of -/-/-. Never answered my other question or looked at the Loan Modification.
