On the companies website, they show a due date which is not the correct due date. I made payments for two months and found out that I was late even though I was making payments by the date that I thought was the due date. I told the company what happened and made sure that I paid by the due date they told me on the phone and eventually paid the account off in full. I asked if the late payments could be deleted because their due date showing on their website is not my actual due date and they have told me no numerous times. I even told them this was holding me back from buying a house and they did not care and said no. When you are late, they do not call or send an email notifying you that you missed a due date so you can catch it before it 30 days late. They do not send anything in the mail notifying if you are late. The only way you are notified is by a credit report update.
