I had a credit card with barclays bank I had run into some trouble and had to accept a settlement offer and our agreement was when I paid this settlement they would remove this account from my credit I have contacted them by phone and by mail. I keep getting the run around and no response to my letter. I called again on -/-/2015 and talked with someone named raven after several minutes on the phone explaining again the situation they put me on hold for quite some time and when they returned I was told by raven to resolve this I had to dispute the information with transunion that 's who they report to and send a letter to the fcra and the address they gave me for the fcra was - - - -, DE - which is the address for barclays bank. they are trying to run some sort of scam so this is my first step to get that account removed when they fail to do so I am going to report them to the ftc
