Synchrony Bank Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Pennsylvania

I have a complaint against this debt collector, - - -. They have me listed for an account number -. I requested - times for them to send me more information related to this account and how I could possibly owe $1600.00. I recall having a card with Walmart but I know I did not run the balance up so high and I wanted to see if someone stole my identity and was out making charges. They only sent me a final statement or - but nothing breaking down all the charges ( including where and when they were made ). They never sent me any documents relating to me opening the account either. In the process of me asking for this information, I must have upset them. Instead of getting me the documents I requested, they served me with a lawsuit. On -/-/- they filed a lawsuit against me and I have a court date of -/-/-. All I wanted was proof that


I do n't find it to me unreasonable for me to request complete proof of the debt they claim and I find it very unfair they are now treating me this way and they are using bullying tactics. Please make sure they prove to me all the charges belong to me. I want to file for ID Theft protection if I find someone else made these charges. That is all I want. I am afraid it is now too late and I beg you to try your best to get this information for me before my court date. If I sound desperate, I am and I need your help.
