Discover Credit card department,
I received a letter from the - , - - - located in - - in late -/-/- stating that I owed Discover credit card company $5000.00 due to a transfer balance occurred on -/-/-. I never owned a Discover credit card and did not do the balance transfer as they claimed. I have called - Credit Card Company many times and they have told me that the transfer transaction never occurred on their records as well. File - - and - - are evidence that such a transaction never happened. I have tried to solve this false accusation with Discover Credit Card Company - times as you can see from the attached file but they still find the balance valid. I even had the representative from - on the phone with Discover representative to tell them that such transaction never occurred but they still find the transfer transaction valid. I am filing this complaint because I have been falsely accused by Discover credit card company for something I did not do.
