I recently became aware that for the last 2 years, I have been charged $5.00 to make a payment on my credit card, inside a CHASE bank. The teller NEVER mentions the $5.00 fee and this fee is not reflected on my payment receipts. It is usually deducted from my - - - - account 5 or 6 days after I 've made the payment to CHASE. Today, around -, I called CHASE, and spoke to a Customer Service Supervisor by the name of - who informed me that unfortunately there was nothing the bank could do about this.
