Long issue condensed:1. Debt collector ( Enterprise Recovery Systems - Inc. ) sends letter to me -/-/15 with 30 day deadline to respond. 2. Response letter ( offer to settle account valid until -/-/15 ) from my attorney sent to ERS -/-/15 via fax and US mail. 3. No response from ERS. 4. ERS places file on my consumer credit reports - around -/-/15.


proof. - was supposed to investigate and call me back. No response. I called several times and left messages on - ' voice mail -, - and -. No return calls. 6. I file a complaint with Michigan Attorney General around -/-/15. 7. Call from - - - Ombudsman - for ERS on -/-/15. Says she 's following up on my complaint. Offered to send proof of discharge. She gave me fax/phone number to do so. 8. - and - faxed proof of discharge to ERS. 9. Called - -, - & - to follow up on fax. Left messages on the - and - with no response. Finally spoke with - on -. Stated she did not receive any faxes from me. Asked for her email address to resend. 10. Sent email with attachments showing proof of -, - & - faxes in addition to - letter. Requested from -, but did not receive, receipt confirmation of email. 11. Called - -/-/15. She stated that she did receive my email and that she forwarded it to their client, - Michigan University, for review. 12. I asked her when she anticipated a response from -. She stated she would follow up on Monday - -/-/15 -. Told her that I would call her on -/-/15 to ascertain - 's response. Conclusion : In light of all the lies, deception, wanton neglect, I do not trust that ERS will or has followed through with anything they claimed they would. I have repeatedly called this business - sometimes receiving busy signals, people picking up the phone then hanging up, denying receipt of faxes and mailed documents, etc. They are extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Meanwhile, THEY HAVE REPORTED THIS ACCOUNT TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND CAUSED MY CONSUMER CREDIT SCORE TO DROP BY - POINTS!!! ERS sent me a letter dated -/-/15, where - issued a weak apology for human error as to why the - letter was never responded to. Nonetheless, as it stands, ERS ' negligence has caused me to lose out on business opportunities and I want this account to be removed from my credit ASAP! I can send CFPB proof of everything asserted in this complaint. I am frustrated and need intervention today. Thank you,
