Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New York
My checking account with JP Morgan Chase was in the negative because of - fees in two days. Also I was charged fees the week before and I always have a direct deposit. I attached my statement to show how many fees they charged. -/-/-, - fee, -/-/-, - fees, -/-/-, - fees, and -/-/-, - fees. I think this is excessive and I want my money back. It adds up to $300.00 and I am on a budget, I can not pay that, they will not help me and they were rude on the phone. This has happened to me last year also and I did not get any help then either. I am trying to do the right thing but I can not catch up with them. I had to borrow money to pay them.
