We were a victim of fraud and my debit card was used at a ATM. Per the investigation of the - ATM charges, Chase has decided that I did - of the transactions and did not do the other -. When I tried to talk about it I was told that the investigation is complete. All of theses transactions happened in the middle of the night and on back to back days. I Was told that because I made a ATM withdrawal of $500.00 on -/-/15 @ - - that I did the other transactions of $500.00 that occurred @ - and - -. This whole experience has been terrible and I have been miss treated by Chase.
