On - -, 2015 I rented a car -. I discovered a flat tire within in an hour of picking up the car. Despite numerous attempts, - did not provide any assistance. I could not use the car. I reported the incident to Chase that same evening and requested that no payments to - be authorized from my account. Despite my request, charges were posted on my account. I submitted a formal dispute to Chase on - -, 2015. In a letter dated - -, 2015, I was informed that my dispute was terminated since - did not respond to Chase 's attempts to " investigate '' it. I contacted the manager - directly and she refused to remove the charges. On - -, 2015 I closed my account and resubmitted a formal dispute to Chase. In a letter dated - -, 2015, I was informed that my dispute was denied. Chase continues to attempt to collect $1200.00 ( an estimated according to the last bill I received ).
