I receive robo calls and phone calls 2-3 times daily after the - of the month harassing me to make payment when in fact the payment is in the mail. They want you to pay over the phone and ad a fee of $25.00 to process it. The loan is almost 12 months into it with 36 to go. I told them to spot harassing me and that if they have not received payment by the - feel free to call with no relief.
