Seterus, Inc filed a false report with the - major credit bureaus indicating that my - 2015 mortgage was late when in fact they received the total loan payoff on - -, 2015. It should be noted that late fees are not assessed until the - of each as per the terms and conditions of our contract. I am unable to secure a mortgage for my new home because of their actions.
