Bank : ChaseLoan # -Issue : Paid fee $380.00 for extension of rate locking period by 15 days. To approve the loan, Chase was responsible to obtain some documents but Chase took more time to get these documents. There was no delay from my side. To meet contract agreement dead line, I was advised to pay the fee and request Chase to reimburse the fee but no response from Chase
