Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Virginia

Someone in Georgia stole my identity, opened fraudulent accounts, and started a Credit Karma account using my old name and social security number etc after my wallet had been stolen. I have finally gotten all three credit bureaus to report only correct information with the help of a lawyer. I contacted Credit Karma to take over the fraudulent account and had to send in proof of my identity. Now Credit Karma refuses to remove erroneous information even after I have paper copies of all - credit reports and none of the false information is listed there. I want Credit Karma to close my account permanently. They allowed a scammer to open up an account in my name and now refuse to correct my information even after I sent them my documents, which is protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I want them to close my account permanently so that nobody else can do this to me. They are perpetuating a crime against me.
