I originally contacted Chase ATM/Debit Card Claims on - -, 2015, and advised of unauthorized transactions. I advised of the transactions that occurred on -/-/15 and -/-/15 were not authorized, as I had lost my card on the evening of - - and it was returned to me on - -, 2015. I advised all the claims on that date, however, due to miscommunication in comprehending and understanding -, the claims agent did not take all of the information that was provided. I advised of the listed - - - - # - - FL - - - - - # - - FL - $ - - - - # - - FL - $ - - 'S - - # - - FL - $ - - # - - FL - $ - - & - # - FL - $ - - - FL - $ - - - FL - $ - - - FL - $ - - - - FL - $ - - - FL - - -Apparently, the agent missed some of the transactions , so Chase denied the claim. However, when I contacted them to go over them the foreign agent who was very rude and did not assist said that I was withholding information and not telling the truth, and also if I wanted to do something, I should do it myself. Due to miscommunication and misunderstanding because of the - speaking agents, the information conveyed was not properly recorded, and therefore hurt me, instead of helping me. Nobody in the claims department has been very helpful, and they insist that it deserves to be declined.
