Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida

This item was previously disputed thru credit karma and removed. Now it is with another collection agency and I never heard of them nor did they send me notification of the placement prior to reporting to my credit report. Proper notification must be made prior to placing on my CB info. I request for this to be deleted due to failure to notify me. I dispute this debt being listed. Per the fair credit reporting act, I must be notified of the account prior to placement and also if I request validation it must be sent. Remove this item from my CB.
