This is my 3rd complaint against this same " mortgage company '' I 've been trying to get this mortgage to honor the agreement that I had with - - - for 2 years now. I mailed a certified letter on -/-/- signed on -/-/- to BSI Financial for the following documents to be sent to me. As of -. I have not received ANY documents. The documents that I requested were my Hud-1 Settlement Statement, Copy of the Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, - Uniform Loan Application, Truth in Lending Disclosure, Good Faith Estimate, Copy of - ( -/-/- ) ; Copy of tax credit, Copy of PMI/Title Policy. If this company is a legitimate company providing the requested documents should n't be a problem.
